All Officials are required to attend General Meetings, participate in a minimum of 2 Study Group Meetings and participate in at least 1 High School On-Field scrimmage (2 are expected) in order to meet the North Coast Section (NCS) and California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) minimum training requirements of (18) eighteen hours. Refer to By-Laws for additional information.
